Wolf & Dagger opened on Portland Road in Hove in 2014 as a custom tattoo studio specialising in Japanese, traditional and neo-traditional tattooing.
Twelve years on, the shop has grown into a crew of five resident artists, a piercer and a steady stream of guest tattooers, with the same idea at its heart: really good tattoos in a place that feels relaxed and welcoming. You will find it easily. It is the bright pink building with Wolf & Dagger painted above the door.
Every year we mark the shop's birthday with a flash day and party, with fresh designs from the whole team, tattooing through the day and pizza and drinks into the evening. The 12 year celebration in August 2026 was a very busy day and a lot of fun, so thank you to everyone who came down. See what is on the wall right now on our flash page.
Meet the Team
Our resident artists are Uncle Phil, Akumashugi, Keest, El, Yeah Sure!, Inkspatters. Each has their own style and their own flash, and you can see their work and how to book them on the artists page.
How We Work
