Uncle Phil tattoos heavy, readable traditional work that holds up for life, from bats and sacred hearts to full head pieces. His flash goes from blue-paper traditional sheets to tongue-in-cheek sets like his Simpsons flash and the gumball machine "get what you get" flash.
